For several years, Allegrini has been collaborating with Fondazione Libellula, the first network of companies united by the commitment to preventing and combating gender-based violence and all forms of discrimination, with the aim of raising awareness among employees on gender equality issues.

Among the various initiatives promoted by the Foundation, Libellula Impact is based on the belief that awareness is the first step towards generating real change. The project’s four formats, designed to engage different groups within organisations and address specific needs, offer not only content but also experiences that foster reflection, responsibility, and new ways of acting in the workplace.

Libellula Talk Impact is a series of online sessions lasting 45 minutes, covering current and cross-cutting topics: from stereotypes linked to beauty, to conscious education for children, through to understanding and managing the external stimuli encountered by young people during adolescence.

An opportunity to raise awareness and stimulate new reflections on important and relevant issues in the workplace.
