Allegrini joins the Libellula Foundation network

We are proud to announce that we have recently joined, along with other prestigious businesses, the Libellula Foundation network and are supporters of their mission. This step is a tangible reflection of our commitment to promoting Gender Equality and creating an inclusive and respectful work environment. 

Founded in 2017, the Libellula Foundation has, over the years, taken a leading role in promoting a culture of beauty, firmly committing itself against all forms of violence and discrimination, carrying out personalised information and awareness-raising activities on violence and gender discrimination in companies, in order to act concretely on a cultural level.

The aim of this partnership is to train and inform us more and more to recognise and avoid all forms of gender discrimination that can creep in even in unconscious everyday gestures, to become an active part of change.
